In many cases our work for clients is confidential to them. We are free to share 'the who' but not 'the what' so we generally organize our work portfolio in a way that does not associate the work with the client. This allows our private sector clients to protect information about their growth or business plans that could be fuel for competitive intelligence.
For our public sector clients it protects intelligence about work and support they receive that could be useful fodder to create issues in media or better position opponents to make political gains with their stakeholders.
